Rick Dunning is the president and operator of Paradise Jewelers as well as our most experienced jeweler. He has over 38 years of experience. His professionalism and integrity have won Paradise Jewelers the Gold OLE award for "best jeweler" for the last 10 years.

As Vice President, Debbie Dunning runs our second store and specializes in the handling of designer silver jewelry. Her jewelry boutique remains one of the most popular stores in San Clemente for over 10 years.

Randy has been working for Paradise Jewelers for 9 years. Randy has studied Psychology and English Literature at Saddleback College. He aspires to be a teacher one day. He is currently a student of the GIA, and a full time employee.

A Master Bench Jeweler, Erik Orona has 20 years of experience. He specializes in all facets of jewelry repair and design. Also, he is proficient in the refinishing of Swiss watches. Erik is a true craftsman and a valuable member of the Paradise team.
